Yes, the machine comes with a red Quick Operation Guide. Or you can watch instruction video on YouTube, they're short and easy:

If you want to design some patterns(transmit pictures into DST format), please turn to embroidery software like Hatch Wilcom, then import embroidery in DST format via USB. And you can name the DST format in numbers and letters.
Of course you can embroider names.

How many letters can it put on？
Hi, there. It has 5 kinds of fonts which support 26 letters from A to Z. Maximum embroidery area is 100*235mm, you can adjust the size and space of letters to meet your needs and designs. You can download and embroider other letters on DST format if you need.

Can I buy a hat hoop for this machine also is other hoop I can use on this machine if so what kind should I buy？
Hi, there. We have 2 different embroidery frames comes with the machine. EOC 05 doesn't have separate hat embroidery hoops, so you can place your hat flat in the embroidery frame before embroidering.

I mean I dont know how to do embroidery. Will this automatically copy and do embroidery of the art thats on the usb by itself ?

EOC 05 supports embroidery file only in DST format, if you want to embroider pictures, you need to transmit pictures into DST format through embroidery software like Hatch Wilcom(basic:$149.00, advanced:$149.00＋)and Embrilliance($139.00). Can you sew normally as well?
Hi, there. EOC05 is an embroidery only machine and it does not have sewing function for the pursuit of stable embroidery performance. If you are looking for a sewing and embroidery all-in-one machine, EOC 890 and EOC 1500 will be good choices.

Is there any videos of embroidery on hats with this machine?
Sorry to tell that there is no such kind of videos. Like other homeuse embroidery machines, EOC 05 doesn't have separate hat embroidery devices, so you can place your hat flat in the embroidery frame before embroidering.

Am I able to buy bigger frames for this for larger images?
Sorry to tell that other bigger frames are not suitable for EOC05.
We have 2 different embroidery frames comes with the machine, they are suitable for 2 different embroidery area/size(10*10cm and 10*23.5cm, ). If you want to embroider larger images, or larger embroidery area/size, EOC 06 and other commercial embroidery machine can meet your requirements.
Tips:Embroidery area is fixed and set by the machine system, it has nothing to do with size of embroider frame, but appropriate embroider frame can assist you to undertake embroider work more precisely.
