Step 1

Choose the nearest warehouse and check the inventory

Before you order, please select the nearest warehouse to pick up your intended model (No marking means it is in stock).
Please note 2 special labels:
1. (Pre sale) means it is temporarily sold out, and generally it will arrive in about one to two weeks from the first day marked. For the specific arrival date, please refer to the real-time description on the product details page
2. (Stock out) means there is no plan to stock up in the short term, please be patient

Pay for the order and reply the order confirmation email

Submit your order and complete the payment.

Tip: Whether pick up or door to door
1. Send BOL/shipping machine according to the order sequence
2. Within 24 hours after receiving the order, our service rep will send you an email to confirm the order, please check it

Step 3

Receive your BOL

Your service rep will send you the BOL file within 48 hours (working days) after receiving the order through Email. In addition, we will offer you in-time and high-efficient aftersales services through the whole embroidery journey.

Step 4

Choose the right vehicle to go on working days

Open Time: 10 am. to 3 pm, Monday to Friday
Pickup vehicle: Truck or SUV.

Staff will help you unbox the machine.
Choose the appropriate pickup vehicle according to the package size of the machine on product page.

Step 5

Pick up with your BOL

Please be sure to bring your BOL (Printed or PDF file) with you before departure. The warehouse staff will use a lift to load the machine into your carrier according to your bill of lading. Please sign on the receipt on the BOL.

Important: You will not be able to pick up the goods without BOL, the warehouse is not a showroom.

1. Inventory: The warehouse will lock the inventory according to the sequence of orders. If there is any abnormality, a sales representative will communicate with you about the actual inventory situation.

2. If you pick up with a truck, be sure to bring fixed straps and waterproof cloth to keep the machine from rain and snow.

3. Bill of lading validity period: You need to pick up the machine within 8 days after receiving the bill of lading, otherwise extra shipping fees will be charged.
