How to pickup your embroidery machine?

I placed my order on Tuesday and received BOL through Gmail on Wednesday（the assigned rep will help you） Went to the Atlanta warehouse and picked up my machine today. Very excited to use it.

Just picked up! After traveling about 40 miles through terrible stop and go traffic (it was bad), I finally arrived at the Bai Warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga. I met with the Bai rep, showed my proof of purchase, and my order was immediately loaded onto my trailer.

After the order, we will arrange a sales representative to contact you and send you the BOL within 48 hours on working days. In addition, we will offer you in-time and high-efficient aftersales services through the whole embroidery journey.

Step 4：Select the appropriate time and suitable transport carrier

Open Time: From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on working days.
Self-pickup vehicle: Truck or SUV. Staff will help you unbox the machine.
You can choose the appropriate self-pickup vehicle according to the package size of the machine.

Please be sure to bring your BOL (Printed or PDF file) with you before departure. The warehouse staff will use a lift to load the machine into your carrier according to your bill of lading. Please sign on the receipt on the BOL.

Important: You will not be able to pick up the goods without BOL, the warehouse is not a showroom.

Timeliness of delivery is very important to start an embroidery business. Self-pickup not only saves delivery time, but also saves you shipping costs.

Notes

1. Inventory: The warehouse will lock the inventory according to the sequence of orders. If there is any abnormality, a sales representative will communicate with you about the actual inventory situation.

2. If you pick up with a truck, be sure to bring fixed straps and waterproof cloth to keep the machine from rain and snow.

3. Bill of lading validity period: You need to pick up the machine within 8 days after receiving the bill of lading, otherwise extra shipping fees will be charged.

4. Please keep safe during the pick-up process. hope you enjoy a pleasant embroidery journey.
