1. Is it necessary to purchase additional software which embroidery software is compatible?
If you have advanced requirements to design patterns, we recommend you purchase Wilcom/Hatch/Embrilliance, you can find teaching videos on their official website or channel. Poolin EOC05 can meet your simple needs like pattern copy, separation, and rotary.
2. Can you upload your own logo?
EOC 05 supports embroidery file only in DST format, if you want to embroider pictures, you need to transmit pictures into DST format through embroidery software like Hatch/Wilcom... When comes to embroidery operation, please take these videos for reference, they're short and easy.
3. Does the machine have warranty service?
The machine comes with one year warranty. We also provide online service team to support you with machine operation and maintenance.
4.Does this machine have a threader?
Yes, our embroidery machine have an automatic needle threader.
5.Can I sew regular seams as well as embroidery?
Poolin EOC05 can only be used for embroidery. If you have sewing needs, you can also search"sewing machine" in our store.
6.Do I need to pay extra for shipping？
Our price contains product price and express fee, NOT including extra tax or duty charged by different country according to their policy, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
7.How many different threads does it hold at one time?
The Poolin EOC05 is a single-needle machine that can only embroider one color at one time. The machine can recognize 100 colors of patterns, so you can change the thread color to continue your work.
8.What's difference between two versions?
We have two combinations.
Standard version: machine & standard accessories: embroidery presser,thread cover*3,U disk,Cutting knife,bolt driver,needle,the bobbin*3,wrench,tweezers,stylus,scissors,hoop 100*235,hoop100*100,inner cauldron*2,bobbin cover*2.
Consumables version: machine & standard accessories & 24 Threads & Tear Away Stabilizer & Bobbins.
You can choose according to your needs.
9.Can it be embroidered on the hat/cap?
Like other home use embroidery machines, EOC 05 doesn't have separate hat embroidery devices, so you can place your hat flat in the embroidery frame before embroidering.
10.How many patterns can you make, and can you design your own pattern?
We have 96 patterns inside our system. You can also design your own pattern, we support DST or DSB pattern format, just import it with USB.
11.How many spools can the machine put?
For our 05 single-head machine, one spool can be placed on it. Poolin reminds you that if you want to put multiple spools, you can use it with our thread stand.
12.Am I able to buy bigger frames for this for larger images?
We have 2 different embroidery frames comes with the machine, they are suitable for 2 different embroidery area/size(10*10cm and 10*23.5cm, ). If you want to embroider larger images, or larger embroidery area/size, EOC 06 and other commercial embroidery machine can meet your requirements. Tips: Embroidery area is fixed and set by the machine system, it has nothing to do with size of embroider frame, but appropriate embroider frame can assist you to undertake embroider work more precisely.
